I’ve been so horrible lately, with diet and fitness.  I wonder if it’s because I haven’t been on this tumblr for awhile?  Or, at least diet-wise.  I’m sick again, so trying to do anything fitness-related is a pain.  I blame Florida, I have a sinus infection and I used to get those every few months when I lived down there.

Anyway, starting…Wednesday (the pills will probably start working by then lol) I’m going to start honestly working out again.  And tomorrow I’m totally not going to snack on junk (even though that means braving the outdoors, since my parents are going out of town and leaving zero decent, healthy, meal-like food in the house).  I want to look good for Christmas, after all, and I want to get back on track with getting fit.

Jillian Michael’s Ripped in 30 is on Amazon Instant Video.  I’m thinking of getting it, even though I sort of despise her lol

I’ve only tried one fitness video on there before and it was an absolutely awful ashtanga video that I still can’t figure out the actual audience for.  At least this will have some production quality and whatnot, right?

Ohh, and speaking of, I’m getting pretty far in You Are An Ironman and will totally write up a review once I’m done to let you guys know how it is.

I haven’t been active here as I am currently in Disney World, ruining my diet and not working out much (generally because of fatigue/possible food poisoning :-/ ).  I scheduled an appointment with a person trainer here on Wednesday, though, so I’ll HAVE to do something haha
