I’ve been so horrible lately, with diet and fitness.  I wonder if it’s because I haven’t been on this tumblr for awhile?  Or, at least diet-wise.  I’m sick again, so trying to do anything fitness-related is a pain.  I blame Florida, I have a sinus infection and I used to get those every few months when I lived down there.

Anyway, starting…Wednesday (the pills will probably start working by then lol) I’m going to start honestly working out again.  And tomorrow I’m totally not going to snack on junk (even though that means braving the outdoors, since my parents are going out of town and leaving zero decent, healthy, meal-like food in the house).  I want to look good for Christmas, after all, and I want to get back on track with getting fit.

We’re all back from vacation.  I was going to make up for all of the vacation badness by starting a more hardcore workout program, but I feel like shit (possibly a sinus infection?) and my knee is killing me—a combination of wayyyyy too much walking on Saturday (I think if I didn’t have fibro I would have been crying by the end of the night from how much my knee hurt) and the coldness here.

So, set back.  I’m gonna try to get to a gentle yoga class tomorrow night, at least.

Also, I think I might bite the bullet and join the local YMCA.  There’s not really a better gym around, at least from my research, and it’s less than 10 minutes away over mostly back streets, so it’s much easier to get to than anywhere I currently take classes and stuff.  I just hate to because of how horribly the DC Y treated me when I wanted to cancel my monthly membership, especially since I’ll probably be moving sooner than later.
